We ship orders Monday through Thursday.
Place your order by 12 PM for same-day shipping. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Orders placed after noon on Thursday will ship the following Monday to ensure your bread doesn’t sit in transit over the weekend.

Yes—our sourdough is baked fresh, fully cooled, and then immediately frozen to lock in peak quality. Each loaf is shipped frozen with ice packs to preserve freshness during transit.
By the time your bread arrives, it will have naturally thawed and is ready to enjoy. Simply warm it in the oven to refresh the crust, or place it in your freezer to save for later.

Storage
Your bread will keep on the counter for up to three days when wrapped in plastic or a cloth towel.
Refreshing
If your loaf becomes firm, spray it lightly with water and refresh in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes to restore its crust and texture.
Freezing
For longer storage, slice and freeze half your loaf. Thaw slices as needed for maximum freshness.
